XLib: Error Messages on startkde

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi folks,

I am running RH 7.2 on a 32-node 2-way IBM 1300 cluster. I login remotely from a windows 2000 machine. I am running Hummingbird's Exceed and Hummingbird's Window Manager (because W2k doesn't play nice with the kde or gnu desktop).

Anyway, I hate to ignore error messages, since they come back to bite when you least expect it. When I start kde I get the following error messages. I have set my DISPLAY variable in my .cshrc file. do I also need to set a DISPLAY.RENDER variable?
