Configure nVidia Quadro4 for dual head with Red Hat Linux 7.3.

Hello:

I have a SuperMicro P4DC6+ dual Xeon CPU workstation with an nVidia Quadro4
750 AGP graphics
adapter running Red Hat Linux 7.3 distribution (kernel 2.4.18-3smp, XFree86
version 4.2.0 [Red Hat
Linux Release 4.2.0-8]) and the nVidia kernel driver 1.0-2960.rh73smp.rpm
with GLX-1.0-2960.i386.rpm.

Two questions:
1. How do I configure the system for dual-head display with two NEC
Multisync FP955 monitors and
using the KDE 3.0.0-10 desktop environment?

2. The system bootup and initial login displays on one monitor (on init
level 3) , then when I either run 'startx'
on the command line, or set the init level to 5 in the '/etc/inittab'
file, the kdm login displays on the other
monitor. How do I get the kdm login to remain on the same monitor as
the text login?
