OK, so I was way off.  The `dmesg` output is useful anyway.  Thanks.

No.  It is not a driver option.  I said the "ServerFlags" section, not
"Device".  -configure does not generate such a section.  You'll need to
add one, something like

	Section "ServerFlags"
	  Option "PciOsConfig"
	EndSection
