I don't have your screen or graphics card, but I found that with my card, if I insert a VGA monitor as well as my 19" TFT into the card, boot messages come out of both screens. By removing the VGA monitor before X starts, X then comes out on the TFT. I realise this is a hack (at best), but it has worked for me. (BTW, the VGA screen does not need to be powered up). I understand a special DVI-I BIOS is needed for my card, which I've downolaoded but are not sure how to use. It may require me blowing an EPROM, or uploading with a .EXE. There are no instructions - just a .ROM file. -- Dr. David Kirkby PhD, email: drkirkby@ntlworld.com web page: http://www.david-kirkby.co.uk Amateur radio callsign: G8WRB _______________________________________________ Newbie@XFree86.Org *** To unsubscribe , or change message options, see: http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/newbie
