Hello, I have (apparently) successfully built a Xfbdev kdrive server from the 4.2.0 sources but I have a few questions about running the server. Do the kdrive servers use the same startup mechanisms (i.e., startx, xinit, .xinitrc, etc) as the standard server? If YES, how are these components installed? 'make install' installed the Xfbdev binary in /usr/X11R6/bin but none of the startup utilities were installed. If NO, how do you specify clients (e.g., window manager) to be run when the kdrive server is started?
