I am tying to setup a dualboot RH/windows
box. Problem- I have 2 video cards- primary ATI XPERT128 PCI 16mb and a
recycled S3. xf86 assigns driver r128 but xserver will not run. Ideally I
would like to use both displays in RH also.
I can run xf86 with the S3 card but only if I
physically remove the ATI card (even if I swap positions and put the S3 in the
primary slot)
Heck, at this point I would even settle to use the
S3 alone with xf86 if it can be configured that way from the secondary slot.(I
don't want to remove/insert cards for windows sessions)
This is my
2nd attempt at Linux (I tried Caldera) & I would really like to make it
work
