[Newbie]Trident 3DImage975 AGP and Psychodelic Colors

Hello all:
I found the problem, so I thought I'd post it here for others. I tried to
install XFree86 4.2.0 without the DRM stuff (in Slackware, there is
a separate package for DRM support). Once I upgraded my kernel
to 2.4.18, and installed Slackware's DRM package, the colors
appeared normal.

Sorry, Glen. No problems running Gnome.
