Dissable hardware acceleration and the video corruption should be gone (did for me). Or if you need acceleration, download the DRI CVS tree of X and build it. The tree is a mess, and the only way I got it to build was to get a complete CVS checkout of X, _and_ a complete checkout of DRI tree, and then merge them. I probably got the CVS tags mixed (it should not be that hard). // Jarmo
