Thank you for sending a config file to try, unfortunately it did no better. I tried it both as is and with values modified for my monitor, but I still get those nasty horizontal lines. The folks at NVIDIA asked me about my Video BIOS version, maybe I have a bad one? Any other help is appreciated! Helen
