[Newbie]Help !!! - After upgrading to 4.2, the menu and button labels on all my Gnome apps have disappeared.

Hi,

I upgraded my 4.03 X to 4.2 (on my RedHat Linux 7.1 box).

After doing this, the menus and button labels on all my Gnome applications are not visible. Just a dotted box appears in place of the text. Please help.
