Hello

Is it possible to use the pinned (LIBBPF_PIN_BY_NAME) map
BPF_MAP_TYPE_LRU_HASH in place of BPF_MAP_TYPE_LRU_PERCPU_HASH for
concurrent read and write?

I'm only asking because I've seen similar usage on the internet.
