Thanks Anatol for your help with this. I've reported it as
https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=68205. I have got a backtrace without the
"This thread is not fully resolved" message which I've added to the bug.
However, this is with OPcache enabled and I'm guessing it would be better
to get a backtrace without this? Unfortunately all the backtraces I've
taken so far without OPcache all have this warning. And of course this is
only happening in production! I don't think I'll be able to share the .dmp
file either unfortunately (because it's a production system with live data).
