In the same command copy the following 3 lines ...

dir "X:\work\hholcomb\PHP\test\phpinfo.php"
cacls "X:\work\hholcomb\PHP\test\phpinfo.php"
type "X:\work\hholcomb\PHP\test\phpinfo.php"
