Isapi is not supported anymore, because FastCGI is available. PHP is optimized for multi-process, but Windows is optimized for multi-threaded. Now that FastCGI removes the performance problem of using CGI versus ISAPI, the PHP team will no longer have to maintain a secondary set of binaries (ISAPI.) http://www.iis-aid.com/articles/iis_aid_news/php_isapi_module_to_be_retired I found some text indicating that you can still get the ISAPI, but you will have to compile it yourself.
