I have followed the instructions exactly on http://php.nederland.net/manual/en/install.windows.building.php but I end up with this error... All rights reserved. internal_functions.c ext\libxml/encoding.h(28) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'iconv. h': No such file or directory NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"cl.exe"' : return code '0x2' Stop.
