Errm.. I did search accutually.. But didn't find anything.. Partly cause I'm running home edition.. There's no security tab there.. And the folders are shared.. Apache is running as SYSTEM, and I'm as User or something like that.. You should have maybe searched the archives first though - this question is asked time and time again.
