This may sound like a really dense question but I am looking for a list of
standard timezones that windows recognises using the putenv("TZ") function.
I have all the timezone definitions for Linux which are stored in a database
and called to display the time in different time zones. However I have moved
the site to a windows IIS server and require the Abbreviations that windows
understands ie: GMT0BST etc.
Does anyone know where I can get this information?
