Hi.
This has always been working for me, and now it isnt?

I get this warning:
Warning: fopen(http://www.lokalguiden.se/test.txt): failed to open
stream: HTTP request failed! ^ in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\lgd\test.php on
line 2
 
I just change from apache to IIS. Please help..
