i am having the same issue on my server. the server is running WinXP Pro w/ 
Apache 2.0 and PHP 4.3.3, no matter what extension i try to load or how i 
try to point to the extensions directory i get the following error from apache:

        Unknown(); Unable To Load Dynamic Link Library 
'd:\php\extensions\php_imap.dll' the =

specified module could not be found.
