Do as vitamin has asked. GUI information is basically worthless without the program. We need to know what Wine is doing to provide further guidance to resolve the problem, whether this is to load dll files from Microsoft or to file a bug report with Wine to add functions that are not present. The run from terminal entry in the FAQ on the Wine Wiki (http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#run_from_terminal) has helpful information on this process. James
