I had the Oblivion Oscuro Overhaul + many other mods and worked all great. One thing that will probably not work is the Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) that is necessary for some MODs, none of which I actually needed after all. I had to tweak wine a little bit, but it might not be needed anymore.
