A debuglog shows it seems to choke in a simple missing regisrty-key I'll send a patch to fix this. In the meanwhile, manually create the following DWORD key in registry under HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT\\CurrentVersion\ : "InstallDate" = "1273299354" (decimal) Could you try if the above works for you ad well?
