There are probably hardly any, unless someone decided to port their Windows application to this very specific Wine architecture. But since there isn't much reason for most people to do that, they probably didn't. http://wiki.winehq.org/ARM contains a fair bit information, including a workaround to get regular Wine working on ARM. Now the issue becomes whether you can get QEMU for your platform. After that, your app may work slowly or not at all (test it in regular Wine first!), so consider if it's worth all the effort.
