Let see what i have done... (all are typed on terminal)
1. yum install wine

2. wine libraryfile.exe
Note: It is a self extracted program so it extracted those library file on system32

3. winetricks jet40 mdac28

4. rpm -i sql.rpm
MySQL Connecter ODBC

5. wine myserver.exe
Note: I write myserver.exe via VB, the components in myserver.exe have many but i have the library file(which just installed via libraryfile.exe), one of the most important in the server is: ADO, ADO is a components in myserver.exe and it connect mysql with myserver.exe
RESULT GET FROM myserver.exe:

> If Driver={MySQL ODBC 3.51 Driver}
>
