Hey out there, I am trying to get HoI3 to run. I followed the Instructions in the appdb for HoI3 1.x - it worked well. Then I tried to patch it, which itself worked too. But here comes the problem: As soon as I applied the Patch (no matter if v1.1, 1.2 or 1.4) the game did not start anymore. The OS is Ubuntu 10.04 x64 with the latest wine release (tried 1.2 as well, same results) and the Machine: AMD Phenom 2 X4 955 BE 4 GB Ram Raedon 4770 Here is the CL error message output I got from starting HoI3 v1.4: http://pastebin.com/RcUfqJ4v Any ideas?
