You'd just have to open a terminal and cd on command line to that directory, "cd /mnt/wherever/". Maybe some additional command will be necessary to change to the subdirectory, where the .exe lies, there you'd issue a command like "wine whatever.exe". For copy protection (afair GOG.com doesn't use any): Mounting an iso under linux doesn't emulate a complete CD/DVD drive, you might need CDEmu (similar to Alcohol, Daemon Tools) or need to burn to a real CD/DVD. Some advanced copy protection schemes might still not work without nocd crack. If all else fails, you may consider using VMWare Player (preferred for DX9 games) or VirtualBox to install Win in a virtual machine.
