I don't know what "supprime" means (it's not an English word), but if you have upgraded Wine via the Synaptic Package manager, that is most certainly "enough". When you next run wine (or an application that uses Wine), the WINEPREFIX will update itself with the new Wine data (you will see a small dialog box to this effect), after which the program will launch.
