The Print dialog window says "WINEPS Printer using CUPS". That doesn't tell me anything; all printer dialogs in Wine say that. When you print to file, are you doing by checking a box that says "print to file" or are you selecting a printer from the list of installed printers? If you're doing the former, you should be prompted for a location to save the file. If the latter, you're probably printing to cups-pdf. It also sounds like your distro is using nonstandard locations, so you need to ask your distro where to find the files.
