Wine cannot install kernel level drivers.  This IS NOT A SHORTCOMING
OF WINE.  This is how Linux and any other 'modern' operating system is
designed.  If the device you are trying to install requires Kernel
level drivers, the manufacturer is GOING to have to create Linux
drivers.  This is not something the project can change.

Now that is said, what USB device are you trying to install in Wine?

And what is the file name you are trying to get Wine to work with?
