According to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24387 native oleaut32.dll from dcom98 fixes the problem. Unfortunately, dcom98 is no longer part of winetricks, so you will either have to install it yourself or copy the dll from a Windows 98 install, and then set the override manually. (You could try oleaut32.dll from XP or later, but it may not work.)

BTW, do not try to follow the howto in the Money 2004 entry. Those instructions are extremely outdated and will not work in current Wine. I just added a note to that effect to the entry.
