Does tb60*.exe exist anywhere in ~/.wine ? http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=22545 doesn't give too much hope, btw, but maybe copying tb60.exe to c:/windows/system32 would help. It's hard to say without access to a copy of the software.
