Ah, tb60. That might be Asymetrix Toolbook, a really old computer based learning runtime. I would have hoped that http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/support/toolbook/downloads.html which points to ftp://ftp.sumtotalsystems.com/pub/installers/runtime would have it, but they seem to only have versions 5.0 and 6.5.
