Macs Pro have Intel processors in them--which *can* run Wine. If you want one cheap (relatively speaking), look for a 2006 model. Darwine used to include an x86 emulator (based on QEMU) so that PPC Macs could run x86 Windows apps. That project has since been abandoned.
