Have you installed Vietnamese language support for Fedora 8? 

If not, do so. However, as support for Fedora 12 will be withdrawn
within 90 days, it might be a good idea to upgrade it to Fedora 13 or 14
at the same time. IMO Fedora 14 would be the best choice.

This will include the Wine upgrade since Fedora 13 is now using
wine-1.3.5

As moving from Fedora 8 to 13 or 14 is a big step, you'll probably want
to do a clean upgrade. If /home isn't a separate partition, remember to
back up /home before the upgrade and do a custom install to put /home in
its own partition. The reason for doing this and a description of how to
