You're using the Mesa driver, which is inadequate for Wine. Install the proprietary drivers for your card. If you don't know how to do that, ask on your distro's support forum. In the future, please don't post screenshots of console output; copy and paste it into the body of your post. If it's long, use a site like pastebin and post a link. And include your distro, wine version, and graphics card/driver when asking a question.
