That was more on how to test what actually work in Wine currently..
You shouldn't easily be able to mess up Wine as a non-root user to the
degree that this won't be able to fix it:

Removed .wine and have a new prefix installed in Fedora fc13. Is next step to re-install icuii and then try the app you have above. Or should I install one of the apps and then the program. Is Vidcap32.exe the best to try? Thanks again Gert. Bob
