Second, it sounds like you're following one of the many outdated howtos that call for a slew of tweaks to install Office 2007. They are wrong. It is not necessary to install dotnet or anything else to install Office 2007 Enterprise, and doing so can prevent Office from working. The only howtos supported here are the ones on this site. If you've been trying to install dotnet, you've now messed up your wineprefix. Delete or rename ~/.wine, and then just run the Office installer (a new ~/.wine will automatically be created).
