I just tried to install the latest version of wine and failed miserably. I am a bit confused because till now when installing something I would just run a exe or other kind of package. Things seem to be a bit different on ubuntu. If there is a easier way or a detailed tutorial that I can actually follow please link me for now I will use windows for any programs I couldn't otherwise use on ubuntu. Bit disappointed really :( because I really didn't want to resort to windows.
