Looks like you're unable to connect to your current repository servers. You could switch to the best-working repository by once again accessing Software Sources, Selecting "Other..." in the "Download from" list and then clicking "Select best server". Hopefully you should be able to reload the repositories afterwards and install the packages needed for Wine.
