sorry for not answering earlier...

it puts all the standard Wine files into /usr/local just like a normal build from source install of Wine.... your ~/.wine is just the wineprefix it makes.

under default Finder options, you wont be able to see /usr in finder, best to use command line....

if you are gong to install Wine from the source code building yourself, it will over-write this stuff...

below I'll put all the files that are installed... they should all be safe to remove.

in /usr/local/bin:
Wine License, msiexec, notepad, regedit, regsvr32, widl, wine, wineboot, winebuild, winecfg, wineconsole, winecpp, winedbg, winedump, winefile, wineg++, winegcc, winemaker,
winemine, winepath, wineprefixcreate, wineserver, wmc, wrc

in /usr/local/lib:
libwine.1.0.dylib, libwine.1.dylib, libwine.dylib
and the whole 'usr/local/lib/wine' folder

/usr/local/share:
applications, wine
both folders should be safe to remove
