I tried downloading the Scott Ritchie's key from other computers but i end up getting the same result. Then I drag and drop the Scott Ritchie's key file in the user file and it shows up but it wont accept it because it thinks its corrupted or not a .gpg file. What is the best course of action to get the authentication running in 9.10 Karmic

have work today for me without trouble:

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys F9CB8DB0
