if you are testing a distro (9.10), you probably should know how to find such basic stuff, don't you ?

For all bleeding hedge packages, launchpad has a huge collection of ppa where you can find the latest unofficial & experimental project.

Wine is packaged & maintained by scott richie himself.

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa

add these lines in your sources.list, signed & upgrade:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu karmic main
