You're asking if the game will work faster with your new GPU? well if its the same brand but new model then yes if you had no issue with it previously. If you installed the drivers properly then the game should run better then before. I looked up Last Chaos its Gold status so a new stronger card should show noticeable performance. Now if its still laggy then you need to fix it in regedit some games work better with different settings but you need to check there first.
