Give people some time to answer; this is not a chatroom or paid support desk after all. :) I'm not really able to help, by the way, other than asking what terminal output you're getting (run the application in a terminal and you'll probably see a whole bunch of lines being outputted by Wine, which can help the developers understand why something might not work).
