NVIDIA proprietary drivers have an option to install 32-bit compatibilityOpenGL libraries if you use their official installer.If you didn't use your distribution's means to install NVIDIA drivers (likeNVIDIA repository, "Restricted drivers" or Envy), try to download andinstall the latest driver from nvidia.com, install it and see if it helps(with and without 32-bit libraries).
I'd see into the issue if only there was a trial/demo of the application...
