I'm having the same problem in both wine and Crossover Games. It is only in d3d that this occurs. You can still run wine in -opengl, BUT in my case the Ctrl buttons no longer work in any wine program. For that I have filed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=505936 The d3d break I think may be more of a wine problem though. I'm surprised we aren't seeing this in other distributions though. Fedora does ship with xorg-1.6. I wonder if something there might be breaking d3d?
