hi there, im really new to linux and wine (about 2 days new now) and am having a few problems playing escape from monkey island everytime i load it up using the direct3D option i get a message saying unable to initialize hardware, if i open it using the openGL option it works but in a tiny screen. then i discovered the same result happens when i emulate a desktop using wine's configuration using the direct3D option, still small screen. i have found this quite strange because, on direct3D, the very first time i installed, it worked fine fullscreen, then never again, i have tried reinstalling linux, updating drivers and other little tricks i can think of but with absolutley no luck. when i try to install the graphics drivers into wine i get problems with windows sp's (i know this a fake windows but they can at least let us off) anyway if anyone out there can help me sort this problem out, it would really be appreciated. thanks to all in advanced marky j
