$ wine your_program.exe &> /tmp/output.txt

Attach that to the bug report. If more info is needed, someone will
request it. As a general rule, a +relay,+seh,+tid trace is useful:

$ WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine your_program.exe &> /tmp/output2.txt

Attach that as well. If > 1 MB, compress it (bzip2 -9).
