Most devs are using some recent flavor of Ubuntu/Fedora/OpenSuse, from what I've seen on -devel. As long as the dependencies are met, it shouldn't matter, though. Just be careful of when your distro introduces a bug, a la the Fedora gcc bug. -Austin
