Previous versions for SUSE can be found here it seems... http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6241&package_id=79444 One thing to try would be to go into the drives section of winecfg and set your CD drive from type hard disk to type cdrom (You can do this by highlighting that drive and going to advanced). After making that change switch back to the normal exe and see if it fires up.
